Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Signaturra purchase. If something isn't right, here's what to do:
Standard Items
Non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
Personalised Items
Due to their bespoke nature, personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Please check your text carefully before ordering.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Return
- Email us at returns@signaturra.com with your order number
- We will send you a return label within 1 business day
- Pack the item securely and drop it at your nearest post office
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return
